Drop-off is located at the Drop-Off and Pick-Up zone, located just 2 minutes away from the Terminal building. There are trolleys available to be used to carry your suitcases and cabin bags.
Driver allocated to your journey will arrive 15 minutes after real landing time - and you do not to be worried, we watching every flight using Flightradar 24 application, so we know what the real landing will be. After baggage reclaim, please call or send text message your driver (you can find driver's mobile phone number in the text message, which will be sent to you) and ask your driver what row the driver is waiting for you. Then please exit from Arrivals and continue to walk straightforward until enter the Short stay Car park. Find vehicle through vehicle registration number plate, colour and / or make. Safe journey!
Your driver will waiting for you inside arrivals, 15 minutes after real landing time, with the Tablet in the hands where your name will be displayed. If you are unable to see your driver there, please call the driver to the mobile phone number shown in the text message which will be sent to you when vehicle dispatched.
