On this page you can read all about drop-off and pick-up procedure at the London City airport. Please read it carefully as some details might be changed with no prior notification.
Drop-off is located at the Short stay car park, located just 5 minutes away from the Terminal building. There are trolleys available to be used to carry your suitcases and cabin bags.
Driver allocated to your journey will waiting for you outside airport. After baggage reclaim, please call or send text message your driver (you can find driver's mobile phone number in the text message, which will be sent to you) and let the driver know you are ready for pick-up. Then please exit from restricted arrivals area to the public arrivals hall and find any comfortable place, where you want to wait for your driver who will come over to help you with your belongings. Driver will get in touch when inside.Safe journey!
Your driver will waiting for you inside arrivals, 15 minutes after real landing time, with the Tablet in the hands where your name will be displayed. If you are unable to see your driver there, please call the driver to the mobile phone number shown in the text message which will be sent to you when vehicle dispatched.
