Once you reach Costa Coffee, I will be there ready to assist you to the vehicle parked nearby. Meet & Greet Service

For the ultimate arrival experience, I offer a premium Meet & Greet service at Terminal 5. Similar to my standard pick-up, I enter the terminal building 30 minutes after your flight’s actual gate arrival, but this option provides a much larger time buffer.

By selecting this service, the £10 surcharge covers 60 minutes of terminal parking, which – combined with my scheduled arrival – gives you a total of 90 minutes to clear passport control and collect your luggage without any rush. I will be waiting for you in front of Costa Coffee with your name displayed on a modern digital tablet.
