Drop-Off & Pick-Up at Airport

Drop-Off Options
Remote Drop-off (no airport fee)
A complimentary drop-off service (avoiding the terminal drop-off charge) is available at the Long Stay Car Park for Terminals 2 and 3. A free airport shuttle service operates every 15 minutes, with a travel time of approximately 10 to 15 minutes to the terminals. The shuttle service operates daily from 04:00 to 23:30.
Drop-off at the Terminal
The drop-off point for Terminal 3 is located in the designated lanes directly in front of the terminal on the Ground Level. Access to the Terminal 3 drop-off area is subject to a £7 charge, which is already included in the price of your transfer. The walking distance to the terminal entrance is a maximum of 2 minutes.
Pick-Up Options
Remote Pick-Up (no airport fee)
The Remote Pick-up service (free of airport charges) is located at the Long Stay Car Park, approximately 15 minutes from Terminals 2 & 3. Please note that the free pick-up period is limited to 0–29 minutes. If this time limit is exceeded, additional charges will apply (according to Heathrow Airport rates).
The designated meeting point is Shuttle Stop No. 2 (see photo).
Please send a short text message to my mobile number as soon as you are onboard the shuttle, so I have enough time to arrive at the remote pick-up point to meet you.
Pick-Up at the Terminal
My Pick-up service at Terminal 3 is organized as follows:
I will arrive at the terminal 30 minutes after Heathrow Airport confirms your aircraft has arrived at the gate. This scheduled delay significantly reduces your parking costs while providing you with a comfortable 60 minutes to complete immigration and luggage reclaim. Please note that the parking fee is already included in the price of your transfer and covers 60 mins of waiting time from the time of plane gate arrival.
The designated meeting point at Terminal 3 is by the ‘Boot’s store.

Meet & Greet Service
My Meet & Greet service at Terminal 3 is organized as follows:
I will arrive at the terminal 30 minutes after Heathrow Airport confirms your aircraft has arrived at the gate. This scheduled delay significantly reduces your parking costs while providing you with a comfortable 90 minutes from the time of plane gate arrival.to complete immigration and luggage reclaim. The Meet & Greet service is subject to a £10 fee and covers 90 mins waiting time from the time of plane gate arrival. To use this service, it must be selected as an add-on during the booking process.
The designated Meet & Greet point at Terminal 3 is by the ‘Boot’s store.
