Drop-Off & Pick-Up at Airport

I focus on making your transfer as smooth as possible. Below, you will find the exact meeting points where I will drop you off or wait for your arrival. Please follow these instructions to ensure we connect easily at the terminal.

Drop-Off Options

Remote Drop-off (no airport fee)

The remote drop-off service for Terminal 4 is located at the Long Stay Car Park (Terminal 4) and is just a 5-minute shuttle ride from the terminal. This is an excellent option to consider if you wish to avoid the terminal drop-off charge.

Drop-off at the Terminal

The drop-off service for Terminal 4 is located directly at the terminal, on the same level as the Departures/Check-in desks. Access to the terminal forecourt is subject to a £7 charge, which is already included in the price of your transfer.

Pick-Up Options

Remote Pick-Up (no airport fee)

The Remote Pick-up service for Terminal 4 is located at the Long Stay Car Park (Terminal 4), shuttle stop no 1. It’s just a 5-minute shuttle ride from the terminal. This is an excellent option to avoid the terminal pick-up charges.

Please note that the free waiting period at this location is strictly limited to 0–29 minutes. If this limit is exceeded, additional charges will apply according to Heathrow Airport’s rates.

To ensure a smooth connection, please send me a text message as soon as you are onboard the shuttle bus. This will give me enough time to arrive at the pick-up point exactly when you do.

When Shuttle arrive to the car park, just cross the road and see the pick-up bay, bounded by orange bollards.

Pick-Up at the Terminal

My Pick-up service at Terminal 4 is organized as follows:

I will arrive at the terminal 30 minutes after Heathrow Airport confirms your aircraft has arrived at the gate. This scheduled delay significantly reduces your parking costs while providing you with a comfortable 60 minutes to complete immigration check and luggage reclaim. Please note that the parking fee is already included in the price of your transfer and covers 60 mins of waiting time from the time of plane gate arrival.

The designated meeting point at Terminal 4 is by the ‘SIM Local’ store, located on the left-hand side from Costa Coffee.
