On this page you can read all about drop-off and pick-up procedure at the Bristol airport. Please read it carefully as some details might be changed with no prior notification.
Drop-off is located at the Express Drop-Off zone, located just 2 minutes away from the Terminal building. There are trolleys available to be used to carry your suitcases and cabin bags.
Driver allocated to your journey will waiting for you outside the airport area. After baggage reclaim, please call or send text message your driver (you can find driver's mobile phone number in the text message, which will be sent to you) that you are ready for Pick-Up then navigate yourself to the Express Drop-off / Pick-up zone. Express Pick-up zone: exit from restricted arrivals hall and find nearest exit from the Terminal building. Turn to the LEFT immediately and continue to walk using the sheltered corridor, leads to the Express Pick-up place. Try to find vehicle allocated to your ride with vehicle registration plate number and/or vehicle make and colour. Otherwise, call your driver for assistance. Safe journey!
Your driver will waiting for you inside arrivals, 15 minutes after real landing time, with the Tablet in the hands where your name will be displayed. If you are unable to see your driver there, please call the driver to the mobile phone number shown in the text message which will be sent to you when vehicle dispatched.
