Drop-off zone at the Gatwick airport, South Terminal is located just the 5 minutes away from the Terminal building, on the ground level. Please follow signs for Departures.
If you are carry hand bag or cabin bag only, please call or text your driver when you pass through immigration check that you are ready for pick-up. Otherwise, call or text your driver with pick-up request after baggage reclaim. Then, exit from restricted arrivals zone to the arrivals public hall, turn to the right and see Boot's shop front of you - that's the point, where the driver will meet you. Please aware: driver need 15 minutes approximately to arrive to the Terminal building and find free parking bay, which may take a time.
Our driver will wait for you front of the restricted arrivals zone, just front of the exit doors, with the Tablet in the hands and your name displayed on the Tablet.
