On this page you can read all about drop-off and pick-up procedure at the Heathrow airport. Please read it carefully as some details might be changed with no prior notification.

Drop-off place is located just front of the Terminal building, few minutes away from main entrance. Please follow signs for Departures to navigate yourself to the relevant check-in desk.
The drop-off service located off the Terminal area (off-airport drop-off) is located at the Long stay car park. The drop-off can be at any airport shuttle stop. The shuttle is running daily from 0400 till 2330, with frequency 15 minutes and that shuttle is free of charge. Where the Off-airport drop-off service will be selected, the ride fare will be reduced.
If off-airport pick-up or Meet & Greet service is not required, the driver will arrive at Terminal 30 minutes after the plane lands. The driver will wait for passengers close to the ticket machines signed for "Trains to London" - after exit from secured arrivals hall continue to the end of the silver rails and see the ticket machines. Waiting time is 30 minutes from the time the driver arrives to the Terminal. We recommend you call driver in any case of assistance or help required to get exact place where the driver will waiting for passenger(s).
When the Meet & Greet service is added by the customer to the booking, driver will wait for the passenger(s) inside Arrivals with board and lead passenger name displayed. Meet & Greet service comes with fee of £10 and this fee is not included in the fare and must be selected during the booking (as pictured below this block). Meet & Greet service covers 60 minutes of waiting time and starts running at the time when DRIVER ARRIVES TO THE TERMINAL. So we do not follow other companies they applying flight landing time - it's another money trap, we trying to reduce your final fare to the minimum as we can to do so. All our drivers are instructed to arrive to the Terminal between 20-30 minutes after flight real landing time - this procedure save customer's money significantly. When included waiting time exceeded, an extra waiting time (EWT) of £5 per 15 minutes will be applied. Please aware: passenger should pay EWT directly to the driver.
This pick-up option is another way how to save customer's money: all major airports in the England offers free pick-up at the specific car park. The procedure for Heathrow airport, Terminal 2 is as follows: Exit from non-public baggage hall & customs to the public arrivals hall then turn slightly to the left side. Use Terminal exit on left-hand-side to leave Terminal, then continue forward through corridor in middle of the elevators to reach Bus stops lanes. Find Bus stop no. 5 (first Bus lane, last stop one on the left side...), which is used for Long stay car park for Terminals 2 & 3.
When shuttle arrives, please send SMS or call driver you are on your way to the Long stay car park. Your journey will take 15 minutes approximately. When shuttle enter the car park, please pay attention for announcement of the Stop no. 2, where the driver will wait for you. Driver need 10 minutes to pull over the car park - so there will be plenty of time to pick you up.
