DROP-OFF AT THE TERMINAL 4

Drop-off zone at the Heathrow airport, Terminal 4 is located at the Short stay car park level 4, front of the Terminal building - the same level as Departures. All you need is to cross all drop-off lanes, enter to the Terminal and then, follow signs to navigate yourself to the relevant check-in desk.

ON-CALL PICK-UP

if you carry just cabin bag or hand luggage, please call or text your driver that you are ready for pick-up when you pass through immigration check. Then exit to the public arrivals hall, continue to walk slightly to the left-hand side until you see SIM Local shop - that's the place your driver meet you there.

Main passenger always receive 2 SMS:
First SMS inform main passenger the vehicle has been dispatched. SMS includes driver's name and mobile phone number - that's the number you can call when need assistance.

MEET & GREET SERVICE

Your driver will arrive to the Terminal 30 minutes after real landing time. 

Driver will stand front of the SIM Local shop ​with the Tablet in the hands and your name displayed on the Tablet. 

30 minutes of waiting time are included in the fare. When exceed, the £5 extra waiting time for every 15 minutes will be applied afterwards.

We recommend you postpone pick-up time by 60 minutes to avoid extra waiting time fee. 

How to do:
Please select estimated landing time as for pick-up, then note your request to postpone pick-up in the Note field.

How it works:

Flight estimated landing time is scheduled at 1PM. 
Add your request to postpone pick-up by 60 minutes to the Note field.
Driver will waiting for you in arrivals at 1PM and 30 minutes free waiting time is being applied.
With this procedure you have got 1hour and 30 minutes covered after your real landing time.
