On this page you can read all about drop-off and pick-up procedure at the London Stansted airport. Please read it carefully as some details might be changed with no prior notification.
The drop-off zone is located just outside the Terminal. Cross the lanes and enter to the Terminal to find the relevant check-in desks. All check-in desks are located on the left side of the Terminal building.
If you carry hand cabin bag or hand bag, please call your driver when you pass through immigration check. Then continue in direction to the Departures and use last exit from the Terminal - you should be opposite to the A zone. Cross both lanes to the other side of the drop-off / pick-up zone, locate zone A and stay somewhere in between A and B zone signs. Your driver will find you there after his arrival which may take 10 minutes approximately.
Meet & Greet service is not included in the fare but can be added into the booking as a add-on during ride booking. The driver will waiting for passenger(s) inside public arrival hall in Terminal, with the tablet in the hands and main passenger name displayed.
No worries - simply call or text your driver and let him know you need assistance to find meeting point, then follow driver's instructions.
