Drop-off zone is located just 2 minutes away from the Departures Terminal, at the Drop-off & Pick-up zone. To access zone, a fee of £5 is payable but no worries - this fee is already included in your fare. There are trolleys available to be used for easy movement if you carry more suitcases and/or hand bags (cabin bags).
Pick-up zone is actually the same zone being used for drop-off, located just 2 minutes away from Arrivals Terminal.
Main passenger always receive 2 SMS:
First SMS inform main passenger the vehicle has been dispatched. SMS includes driver's name and mobile phone number - that's the number you should call when you need assistance.
Second SMS inform main passenger the vehicle arrived to the location and waiting for passenger(s). This message includes link for exact vehicle location on the map - just simply click on the link and zoom in.
Very often the vehicle is waiting in row C, sometimes may waiting in different lane so it's a vital the passenger pay attention to the text messages and use map to see exact vehicle location on the map.
Meet & Greet service is not included in the fare but can be added into the booking as a add-on during ride booking. The driver will waiting for passenger(s) inside public arrival hall in Terminal, with the tablet in the hands and main passenger name displayed.
No worries - simply call or text your driver and let him know you need assistance to find meeting point, then follow driver's instructions.
