Drop-off zone at the Heathrow airport, Terminal 2 is located at the Terminal, level 4 - the same level as Departures. All you need is to cross all four drop-off lanes, enter to the Terminal and then, follow signs to navigate yourself to the relevant check-in desk.
if you carry just cabin bag or hand luggage, please call or text your driver that you are ready for pick-up when you pass through immigration check. Then exit to the public arrivals hall and find 'Express Trains to London' ticket machines, located front of you, slightly on right-hand side. Your driver meet you there.

First SMS inform main passenger the vehicle has been dispatched. SMS includes driver's name and mobile phone number - that's the number you can call when need assistance.
Your driver will arrive to the Terminal 20 minutes after real landing time. Driver will stand front of the 'Express Trains to London' ticket machines, with the Tablet in the hands where your name will be displayed.
No worries - simply call or text your driver and let him know you need assistance to find meeting point, then follow driver's instructions.
