On this page you can read all about drop-off and pick-up procedure at the Southampton airport. Please read it carefully as some details might be changed with no prior notification.
Drop-off at the Southampton airport is at the Short stay car park, just 1 minute away from the Terminal. To access zone, a fee of £6 is payable but no worries - this fee is already included in your fare. There are trolleys available to be used for easy movement if you carry more suitcases and/or hand bags (cabin bags).
Pick-up zone is actually the same zone being used for drop-off, located just 2 minutes away from Arrivals Terminal.
Main passenger always receive 2 SMS:
First SMS inform main passenger the vehicle has been dispatched. SMS includes driver's name and mobile phone number - that's the number you can call when need assistance.
Second SMS inform main passenger the vehicle arrived to the location and waiting for passenger(s). This message includes link for exact vehicle location on the map - just simply click on the link and zoom in.
If you carry cabin bag or hand bag only, please text or call your driver when you pass through the immigration check, then navigate yourself to the Short stay car park, located cross the road of the Terminal. Your driver will arrive within 2 minutes.
Your driver will waiting for you inside arrivals, with the Tablet and your name displayed.
No worries - simply call or text your driver and let him know you need assistance to find meeting point, then follow driver's instructions.
